Daily specials for 5/19-5/23
Monday: Chicken Salad Sandwich- Delicious chicken salad topped with swiss cheese and bacon, served between two slices of butter toasted wheat berry bread, lettuce and tomato. One side.
Tuesday: Grilled Portobello Sandwich- Grilled portobellos topped with a red pepper coulis and feta. Served on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. One side.
Wednesday: Falafel Sandwich- A 6oz patty of falafel fried until golden brown and served on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. Topped with tahini paste and served with one side.
Thursday: Meatloaf- Scrumptious meatloaf slow cooked, served on mashed potatoes and topped with a decadent mushroom gravy. One side.
Friday: Caprese Sandwich- Fresh mozzarella and tomatoes lightly cooked on a hoagie bun. Topped with olives, spinach and fresh basil. One side.
